This 4-week workshop will include:

  • focused breathing practices to calm and soothe the nervous system;

  • yin yoga stretches to release tension in the body;

  • gentle postures and movements to build strength;

  • relaxation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety;

  • improved focus, concentration, and confidence;

  • community support with other expectant mothers; and

  • classes are recorded and participants receive a link to the video replay, available for 7-days after each session.

These classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga – no previous yoga experience is necessary.
